Florian Studener is an experienced Solutions Architect and Project Manager with a strong background in SaaS implementations, system integrations, and digital transformation. Currently a Senior Solution Engineer at Freshworks, he supports organizations across the DACH and Benelux regions in leveraging cutting-edge customer engagement solutions. Prior to Freshworks, he held leadership and technical roles at Klippa, where he focused on AI-based OCR API integrations, and at eLabNext, driving digital transformation projects and SaaS roll-outs for life sciences. With over a decade of experience spanning pre-sales, solution design, and integration planning, Florian combines deep business and technical expertise with a passion for helping businesses enhance efficiency and customer experience through modern SaaS and cloud technologies.
